Badwater

Badwater is the lowest point in North America (282 feet below sea level). Rainwater migrates to this basin, slowly evaporating and leaving this salt pan. The early sun hits the Panamint Range and then rapidly moves across the salt flat as the sun rises above the Amargosa Range to the east.
